Account home

After signing in, Home shows your next appointment with actions (book another, clinic location, call, postpone, cancel), plus your doctors, medical files and invoices.

Visit history

Account → سجل الزيارات (Visit history) with tabs: Upcoming · Past visits · Missed · Cancelled · Clinical record.

Each appointment has Clinic location · Clinic contact info · Change time · Cancel.

Change the time

For pending or confirmed appointments: تغيير وقت الموعد (Change time) and choose a new slot.

Cancel

إلغاء الموعد (Cancel) → Confirm cancellation — the doctor is notified automatically.

My medical files

Prescriptions, reports and lab results your doctor sends, with Preview and Download.

Tip

A document appears in your account when your phone or email matches what the clinic recorded.

Invoices

Clinic invoices with Preview and Download (PDF).

In the app App

Home: next appointment, my doctors, health summary.

Appointments → Upcoming: details, cancel, location, reschedule.

Details: call, WhatsApp, location, reschedule, cancel.

Past: completed appointments with a "Rate" button.

Visits: complaint and diagnosis for each visit.

My health: documents & invoices

My health → Medical documents.

My health → Invoices.

Notifications (bell icon): all / unread / read.

Reminders

• A reminder 24 hours before via WhatsApp / email, per your settings.
• In the app: push notifications and a Notifications list.
