Privacy & account deletion
Your data
We use your data only to provide the service: managing your account, completing bookings and sending reminders. Your health profile and medical documents are visible to you and to the doctors you book with.
Deleting your account
In the app App
Account → scroll down → حذف الحساب نهائياً (Delete account permanently) → Delete account.
By email Web
Email support@tabibon.com from your account's address. We reply within 7 working days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. See the data deletion page.
Warning
Deletion is permanent. Some records may be kept for a limited time where the law requires it.
Contact us
The contact page: pick a topic (patient & booking support, technical issue, joining as a doctor…) — we reply within 24 hours.
