Patient list Web
Clinic management → المرضى (Patients): total patients, new this month, upcoming follow-ups; search, filters (All · Today's appointments · New patients) and attendance buttons.
Add a patient
+ New patient: name, phone, birth date or age, gender, blood type, allergies and chronic conditions, notes.
Patient file
Click Medical file. On the side: patient details, the financial summary (due / paid) and quick actions (new appointment, edit details, export record, delete patient).

Medical documents
Clinic management → المستندات الطبية → + Send new document:
- Choose the patient.
- Type: prescription, lab result, medical report, other.
- Title, file, and a note.
- Send document.
It appears immediately in the patient's account (My medical files) when their phone or email matches.
Invoices
Clinic management → الفواتير → + Send invoice: patient, amount (SYP), note. The invoice is linked to the patient's latest completed appointment.
