Clinic info Web

Account → معلومات العيادة (Clinic info). At the top: your profile card with Copy link and Preview my page, and the profile completeness ring. Tabs:

Basic info

Photo (PNG/JPG up to 2 MB), name, specialty, WhatsApp, email, city, clinic name, bio and session price (consultation fee).

Required

Your profile isn't shown to patients until the consultation fee is set.

Working hours

See Working hours & time off.

Documents

Graduation certificate and practice licence — upload or replace them here.

Invoice

Customise your invoice: colours, doctor's note and payment terms (plan-dependent).

Location & link

Pin your clinic on the map and choose your short link. Your profile lives at tabibon.com/d/<your-link> and tabibon.com/doctors/<your-link>.

Pause bookings

Temporarily stop or resume new online bookings (also available from the Accepting bookings switch at the top of every page).

Note

Each doctor account represents one clinic. Secretary/assistant accounts aren't available yet.

Services & prices

Clinic management → الخدمات (Services): services patients see and choose when booking, plus service discounts (a percentage off for a period).

Click + New service: name, description, price (SYP), and "available for booking on the public page".

Dentists: dental treatment types

أنواع العلاج السني (Dental treatment types): name, category, colour, duration and default cost — used in the patient's treatment plan.

More → Profile: same tabs as Clinic info.
