Account → الاشتراك (Subscription): current plan, days remaining, end date and included features, with Renew / Pay and Contact support. Below: your plans and payment methods (e.g. Sham Cash or local transfer) with the wallet number and a copy button.

Paying by transfer

1. Choose a plan and click Renew early or Upgrade.
2. Transfer the amount using the shown payment method.
3. Upload the transfer proof (image or PDF) with the sender's name and reference.
4. Track it in Transfer history: under review → accepted / rejected.

Expiry

• Email reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry.
• When it lapses you're redirected to the subscription page and most features stop until you renew.

Plan-dependent features

Gallery, articles, FAQs, content templates, patient inquiries, dental treatments, invoice settings and WhatsApp notifications.
